The Hubble Two Interbody Device System has intuitive instrumentation with intelligently designed features to provide effective control over the pre-sterilized implant in vivo.

Highlights


Our systems intelligently address size variation requirements for use in patients with a wide variety of anatomical sizing requirements. We provide interbody devices with a product range of up to 15mm in height.

The Hubble | Two system intelligently addresses graft deployment and seating with anatomical designs that prevent migration to secure the site for arthrodesis with rotatable PLIF, OLIF and the direction navigable TLIF which provides locking in situ device articulation.

Treatment Areas


The Hubble Two Lumbar Interbody Fusion System is indicated for intervertebral body fusion procedures in skeletally mature patients with degenerative disc disease of the lumbar spine at one or two contiguous levels from L2-S1. Degenerative disc disease is defined as discogenic back pain with degeneration of the disc confirmed by history and radiographic studies. These patients may have up to Grade 1 spondylolisthesis or retrolisthesis at the involved level(s). Hubble Two System implants are to be used with bone graft. The Hubble Two System must be used with supplemental fixation cleared by FDA for use in the lumbar spine.

Unique Feature


The implant holder's locking mechanism for the Hubble | Two (TLIF) product enables full control of implant articulation for direction-navigable insertion. The surgeon is able to fix the angle of insertion in situ with absolute control of the device during implantation.

There is a grooved implant design for In situ rotation of the implants (OLIF and PLIF) with secure instrumentation capable of providing 90° rotation to ensure in situ intervertebral distraction.

Additional Information


Pre-sterilized implants with peel-off labels for UDI compliant trackability. Implants remain sterile for 5 years as indicated on the packaging provided.

Prior to opening, operating room personnel may ready the clearly indicated product codes from the box cover label.
