We ship products only within locations where they are legally permitted. Although we monitor legality, the final responsibility lies with the customer to ensure the items are lawful in their region. We are not responsible for orders delayed, confiscated, or destroyed by customs or other regulatory authorities. 8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase. To request a return, email us at hello@orbbo.com.
Once approved, we’ll provide a return label and instructions. Returns sent without approval won’t be accepted. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval; if delayed beyond 15 days, please contact us.
